FAQ
These are my most asked questions, but If you are in any doubt, please contact me, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Can I attach a personal note?
Absolutely! All our notes are hand written on a card with home grown pressed flowers on. If you order with us on Etsy, there is a personalisation section to write your message. On our website, please use our contact form and let me know what you would like to say.
How much notice do you need if I'm ordering last minuet?
In busy periods - Mother's day, July/August and mid November, I may need a weeks notice to fulfil a large order. However, last year, I did manage to accommodate every single person that needed something ASAP. It's always best to check, and I can then give you an accurate delivery date based on your needs.
I have a set budget, can you walk me through it?
No problem. Whatever your budget is, let me know how many items you would like, and I will come back to you on a few different options. I also offer discounts on multiple orders.
When should I order my wedding flowers, and when will I receive them?
I usually deliver 3 weeks before your event. That way, if there are any problems (although, there never have been yet) I have plenty of time to help.
You can order your flowers any time you like. If it's quite far in advance, I usually take a £50 deposit. I will always check when your wedding date is, and chat to you when you would like your flowers. Equally, I do have orders where people need them ASAP, and that is never a problem.
Do you do fresh flowers?
90% of everything we do uses dried flowers. We do however use fresh flowers and foliage in our Christmas wreaths and CAN use fresh for orders in and around Northamptonshire.
Can you come to my event and set up?
It really depends on your order. Dried flowers are easy to transport and can be with you well before the wedding. This means, all you have to do is take them out of the box and place them where you need them.
Installations are a little different. Floral arches, botanical dried flower trees, hanging installations, huge wreaths and larger orders, may require me to personally deliver your flowers. I am available in the UK and can travel, just let me know what you need and we can take it from there.
I want to make a bespoke order, but I’m not sure how to describe what I want?
When you’re not sure how to describe something, the best option is to just show us your vision. Send us a few links or pictures and we can do our very best to quote or replicate your desired design.
How long do dried flowers last?
If cared for properly, dried flowers can last several years.
How can I keep my dried flowers looking their best?
The amount of sunlight exposed to the flowers will significantly fade your florals. We recommend keeping them away from windowsills. Never water them, and steer away from placing your flowers in a damp room such as a bathroom. Flowers can be delicate, so try not to squash them or lean them on anything for long periods of time.
What is your 100% happy guarantee?
On bespoke orders, we will have already chatted about your vision and swapped ideas on the colour pallet and choice of flowers. However, before sending out your arrangements, I can double check that you are happy with our creations via photos and videos.
